1. Intellectual Property and Copyright
1.1 All artwork/designs/content remains copyright to Wirelife and must not be used without written permission. Wirelife – All rights reserved. You may not (without written confirmation from Wirelife) at any time carry out any of the following:
(a) Use / share / alter / adapt / recreate / sell a design sent to you for confirmation
(b) Duplicate / Alter any of the information / content as presented on the “site” or social media platforms connected to this “site”
(c) Produce copies of any work / content for redistribution / sale to others
1.2 You may not at any time share / advertise any content / works created by Wirelife in any way that is deemed inappropriate / illegal / immoral and /or damaging to Wirelife as a company or Claire Groves as an individual.
1.3 All items under this paragraph 1 shall survive termination of the Contract.
2. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
2.1 We have made every effort to display the images of the Products accurately on our Site, but please note that the colour on each screen / monitor will vary, this must be taken in to consideration.
2.2 If for any reason you are unhappy with any stock item e.g. no customised items, the purchaser has the right to cancel their order within 7 days of the goods being received.
2.3 Wirelife must be informed via email or post the decision to cancel and items must be returned within 14 days in their original condition at the purchaser’s expense. Return postage will be covered if the items are found to be faulty or incorrectly supplied
2.4 A full refund will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the items, if the items received are in perfect condition. The purchaser is responsible for any items that have been damaged in transit.
2.5 A refund will only be issued to the same purchaser and the same payment method that was originally used.
2.6 Due to the nature of custom made items, we can not accept returns for these items.
2.7 It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that all personalisation details are correct. If an item is needed to be recreated, the purchaser will be required to pay the full price again.
3. Products and Offers
3.1 Wirelife reserves the right to change, modify or remove items without prior notice.
3.2 All offers and promotions are made subject to availability. Quotes for custom items are valid for two weeks.
3.3 Wirelife reserves the right to alter the prices of an item. Any order placed prior to the alteration will not be affected.
3.4 Full payment of all items is required before delivery. Payment for personalised items must also be upfront. A 25 % deposit will be required upfront for custom pet portraits over the price of £100
3.5 All of our hand painted items are made by hand so they may have a slight quirk about them i.e. our wooden hearts are cut and sanded by hand so may not be a true heart due to this process. These items are not classed as faulty.
4.1 UK orders of stationery, coasters, mugs and cushions will be sent via Royal Mail First Class.
4.2 Limited edition prints and small original art work will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For. Royal Mail aims to deliver first class post within two working days, but sometimes it may take longer especially during the busier times of the year. Please allow up to ten working days for your items to arrive before contacting us.
4.3 Large original art work will be sent will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm.
4.4 All worldwide purchases under £10 will be sent via Royal Mail International Standard. Purchases over £10 will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked or Tracked and Signed depending on the country dispatched to. Royal Mail International post usually takes up to ten working days, but may take longer due to customs or during the busier times of the year. Please allow twenty five working days after the initial ten working days before contacting us.
4.5 Any additional duty, import taxes or re-delivery costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
4.6 If an item is not delivered, where possible, an exact replacement will be dispatched. Please be aware that this may lead to a longer waiting time as items are recreated or reprinted. A refund will be given if the item is no longer available or a replacement is not suitable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
